No one knows what Jesus' sexual orientation was. For all we know he may have been married. We are not told much about the sex lives of the Apostles, though we are told Peter had a Mother-in-law, so he probably had a wife. It would be likely that they all did, as they were all fully grown men.
None of the ten commandments mention homosexuality, so it probably was not an important issue for God. Though he did object very strongly to the attempted homosexual rape of two of his angels.
So, no I don't think it is insulting. It's probably not true, but doesn't matter anyway. As Jesus, if he existed is long dead, you cannot insult him. I have no Idea if he would think it insulting if he were alive.

I'd find it more insulting if you said that this fictional character that has been the cause of more wars and innocent deaths even existed in the first place.

I believe that it is possible he was bisexual. A lot of people back in those days were. I don't find it insulting for you to say that. You can say whatever you want because where I am from it is called freedom of speech. Have fun saying what you want.

i do not find it insulting; however, i wonder why you would think others would be insulted with homosexuality? everyone has a right to his/her own practices, there is nothing insulting about homosexuality, there is nothing insulting about heterosexuality. you need to diversify...

Yes! He was brought up under Jewish law found in Leviticus. Read Chapter 18 verse 22 and appologise to God, Mankind and Yourself.
