I can jerk my foreskin back up to the fat thing inside the penis[mark] but my foreskin's small piece of flesh is attached to the penis. my penis gets pain when i move my foreskin back when in full erection what must i do? does the fore skin moves backwards only till the fat part inside the penis or it moves further?

I'm not sure what you're saying. It almost sounds like you have mild phimosis, where the opening of your foreskin is too small to pull it all the way back, exposing the head of the penis entirely. If this is the case, then you can try stretching the opening as far as it'll go without pain for a few minutes everyday. After a few weeks it should be large enough to go back fully without pain. If you're asking if you need a circumcision or not, then no, you don't.

If you are having serious problems a visit to the doctor would be advisable. He may send you for minor surgey, to have the skin under the head of your penis cut to aleviate the soreness. I fyou rub a vaseline/moisturiser mix into your c o c k head daily this should alleviate the soreness and feel quite good too ;-)
