I did before I was allowed to wear make-up.
Just put a thin coat of it on, eyelashes too.
Not very much, and keep a little in your purse to freshen it up.
good luck

No....
Get some shimmer powder for your face.
Mix with lotion apply to apples of cheeks - not makeup, its lotion.
Mix with a bit of face cream and smooth onto eyelids - not makeup, its face cream.
Get a tube of gloss, mix with shimmer, and put that on - not makeup, its gloss to moisturize your lips
Maybe get some fragrant oils and dab behind ears, on wrists, behind knees, and in hair.
Natural for your parents, and pretty as makeup.

It won't hurt your eyes, but it won't look the best either. Vaseline is very think and heavy.
If you aren't allowed makeup, then wouldn't your parents notice the Vaseline? I think that they would.

its going to get warm on your face and could run ito your eyes if you put too much on....whouldnt bilnd you but would be uncomfortable...id just go with mascara...less noticiable and will make your eyes stand out if you dont usually wear it, and if you think they will notice.....put it on at the dance and wash it off before you leave.........

please don't go against your parents' wishes. doing so now will make things so much harder for you later, because you will break their trust.
believe me, following their rules now will lead to no curfew later.
