There's no minimum wage for a 12 year old, so you can be working for next to nothing.
Not many people will want to employ you because of you age, lack of experience, not having insurance and little hours you can work.
Saying that, if you ask to help out at places- cafes, chip shops, local shops (not chains), car washing- someone might take you on at the weekend.

You need a parents concent to work when you are as younge as you are. I would say wait until you are 14 at least. I had my first full time job at 16 and it kicked my ***. Just as long as you can handle it and school then I see no problem is doing it younger. Save that money though!

for most states it is 14 with a working permit and limited to only so many hours. after 16 you can work normal part-time hours with out any problems. at your age if you want money i would mow lawns and walk dogs.

besides, here is a specialized webpage containing 10 methods making money online and doing small business online.

You may need to get a work permit from your school. Ask your head of year or tutor. Once you've got one, you could do stuff like paper rounds.
