If you are good at makin cookies you can receive some. Or be really nice to someone who is good at makin cookies and maybe they will bake some up for you.

hmmm. I think you mean internet cookies... you go into tools, internet options, find on the front page where it talks about cookies, settings and decide how you want it set. Hope that's what you wanted to know. good luck
