Stay with someone more your age until you are older. He could be you friend rather than your boyfriend. If you decide to continue, make sure that you don't have sex until you are 18. It's illegal and he could be arrested for that.

Ok well #1 I have a hard time believing that it's more like 1800-UWISH.But he could go to jail. It's dangerous as well so your taking a huge risk. Yes it's wrong.Look when I was your age I did swimming and I had a major crush on this lifeguard there, but he was 18 at the time, and I was 14. Then as soon as I was 15 I became a lifeguard, and we worked together and we both fell in love but never went out.Well now I'm 20 and he's 24 were both happily married with 4 kids.Just wait a few years its a HUGE difference now,but later on in life it wont be so much.

I meet my boyfriend (now my husband) when I was 16 and he was 19. We met on-line. Anyways, now I'm 21 and he is 24. We are doing great! When I was 14 he would of been 17 that is just a year off from you. So I don't know, when I first read it I said, "hell no" but now that I think about it. Why not? But please don't give in and have sex with him. If you talked about it already and he knows you are not ready then he should not bring it up or try to get some. If he does, then make sure you brake it off right away. Men want to merry a virgin one day, not someone who has had sex with other men. You will never be a successful adult at your age. Be a great 14 year old and hang out with other 14 year olds. Any good, decent, responsible 18 year old is not going to stay interested in a 14 year old. Get involved in school activities and meet other kids that you have something in common with. There is a BIG difference between 14 and 18. Continuing with him is setting yourself up for problems, difficuties, disappointment, sadness and potentially disaster. Good luck!

Well I mean if he was 17 it would be almost alright but 18 he is like considered a adult don't you care what ppl. will call you and you might not be emotionally ready to date an 18.

It's probably not a good idea. There is a bigger difference between you than if you were 18 and 22. I'd probably have a conniption too.

Yes it is wrong, this boy is of legal age and you are not. Just because you claim you both do not want to do anything...remember he is a male...men say things just to get a female where they want them.

its illegal for him to be with you, so make sure you dont get anyone around that doesnt like him who will call the cops. love has no age limits, but take precaution-guys at that age think only of one thing. its true no matter what he says. guys are guys all around

I think that if you are going to have a relationship with him don't be all in the open with it because you wouldn't want him or yourself to get in trouble
