You must be having an icon of Internet Explorer on your desktop. Right click it and then go to the Properties.
Now
1. Delete cookies
2.Delete Files (It will then ask you if you want to delete all files in temporary internet folder and there would be a check box saying "delete offline content". First click Ok without checking the check box. Repeat this action of delete files and this time check the check box and click OK.
3. Now go down and click Clear History and then OK.
All your cookies, temporary internet files stored on your PC and address bar history will be deleted without doing any harm to anything.

You can also go to "Tools" right on top of this screen ...Do you see it ? ....Now click it and then go to Internet Options..the rest has been explained above.

Hope you were looking for this !
