my service provider wont refund me although i didnt ask for the text message. £1.50 approx was deducted. A solicitor says if i can get lots of others together we can sue. Its not about money - i just dont think its fair !

it happened to me last year it totaled £60 in amonth on top of my usual £35 bill i rand my service provider and i demanded if it wasn't sorted i would not be paying the bill
after a lot of arguing, i got my own way and the £60 was removed from my bill
you have to be persistant continually ask for someone higher then the person you are speaking to and demand that the money be taken off your bill tell them that you wont pay any of the amonut that you owe them if they dont do it for you threaten them with legal advice
i always say if you are not happy with something moan moan and moan some more till you get what you want
at the end of the day you are the customer and they want and need your custom more then you need them
THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT
