I've got very small breast, is there any option of breast surgery. does breast pills work growing breasts???

No, no pill is going to give you larger breasts. If there were such a pill, it would cost about $5,000 for a bottle and we'd all know of them.
Your options are: surgery, or learn to live with your build as is.
Research augmentation. There is always a chance of side effects, such as leakage, but just as important is for you to research the doctor who will perform the surgery. Talk to his staff, look into his credentials, and speak to at least 2x patients of his. (If he's a good doctor, he will provide you with at least a phone number, if not their name, to call.)
No miracle pills to increase breast tissue; I wish there were but, don't buy into them. Literally, they are only commercials and you will NOT get results.

Breast enhancement pills do not work. Don't waste your money. My sister bought some breast enhancement pills that she saw in a magazine ad. She paid $200. Supposedly how the pill was supposed to work was to make her body think it was going through puberty again and thus stimulate growth in the breasts. But instead nothing happened and she got pimples on her chest.
The only option is surgery. Breast implants come in all shapes and sizes. If you want you could go up one or two sizes. Or you could go huge like Pamela Anderson. My friend got implants that took her from a B 36 to a C36.
