Careful with that one, they may call you a terrorist.
Not alot of humor left here in the US for that stuff anymore.

Are you allowed to yell fire in the theatre if there really is a fire?

This is all chicken little to me.
People have done it so many times you won't beleive it when it is real. LOL.

Boy cried wolf, etc.

Do you have a right to do or say anything?

Not really. You are still attempting to incite a riot, or whatever the exact term is. Now if you say it when their is a fire on the screen then you may pull it off. Just claim you had to go to the bathroom really bad.

If you wispered it(to whom I do not know) who would hear it unless you wispered it to a person sitting next to you.. EVEN at that, you would NOT have a right to do so
