I made my own telescope by grinding and polishing a 12 1/2 inch pyrex blank into a mirror. If you just want to use lenses, they are best purchased instead of home made. Try Edmund Scientific in New Jersey, A Jeager, University Optics, Willman-Bell, and many other companies. They have web sites and mail order catalogues if you look around on the web.
As far as your English goes, keep trying. I would have said: "How do I build my own telescope? How do I order different types of lenses?" I don't mean this in a bad way, just keep trying and you will get it.

Unless you grind your own mirror, or buy a used mirror, it's cheaper to buy a telescope from Meade or Celestron.
BUT if you really want to:

Cheaper to buy. Use the savings on some spelling lessons.
