That's the website of the shoe I'm getting through the mail...I am going to wear this for school. We have a lot of stairs, so I figure this shoe can be good enough to wear while walking up and down the stairs of my school. What do you think? Can a jogging inspired shoe, as so the site says, be used as a regular shoe for school?

I don't see any reason why you couldn't wear it.
If you can, find it in a local store for a try on. It may have a very thin sole that won't hold up to the stairs and walking that you will be doing.
