When is the time the Asian man can tell a white woman that he only wants to have platonic friendship with her? When they know each other for 1 week?, 3 months? or 1 year?

What the hell does Asian and White have to do with it? I do not see the connection. This is what breeds hate, bigots, racists.
Yall are just two people. A male and a female.
So yes, you can just be platonic friends with no sexual feelings involved.

I don't see how being Asian or white has anything to do with whether or not a man and woman can be friends. That has no effect, or at least it shouldn't. If the woman (regardless of ethnicity) is in a relationship and her husband or boyfriend is cool with it, then yes, they can be friends. And there is no waiting period to express interest in a friendship.
