Can an Asian man and a white woman have a platonic friendship?

Can they go out together even she has a boy friend or a husband?

When is the time the Asian man can tell a white woman that he only wants to have platonic friendship with her? When they know each other for 1 week?, 3 months? or 1 year?

I mean they are both young people.

GOODNESS....you can be friends that's for sure...but you can't be more than friends....she is committed already....if you are really concerned to her...i think its best to start forgetting about her. Many will be hurt if you will continue this feeling....it's better to sacrifice sometimes... and it's a sin if you will still love a married/with a bf woman.
But! In other situations....Being an Asian or american or any Race is not an obstacle or something that will forbid you to LOVE!!!!
That's not have any thing to do with LOVE!

Any man or woman can have a platonic friendship regardless of race. They should be able to hang out together as long as the friends respect the each others relationships. And maybe they can even include the gf/bf in some of the outings.

I am an Indian, and that makes me asian too . lol.

I have been to UK and US, have a few good friends in both the countries. ( all in age 25-29). And we have spent real good time together when I was there.

By the way, what makes you think that its not possible for two people of different sex cannot have platonic relationship?????

friendship sees no color ,race ,caste or creed.It should be the force within,the purity of friendship lies in belief and reliability on each other.If that is there,,it can be a good comfortble bond.
On having a bf or husband may not affect this,as far as there is equal belief and relaibility between the spouse's.And definately everything depends upon your own intentions on the kind of relationship you want.The friendship maybe like a sweet pie if there are the right cords.Or it could result in destruction if with wrong intentions.
Those who categorize people with their race are not entirely right because,,theres the negative and positive ,yin yang,,good bad in all parts of the world.Nature deals with every human the same way without discrimination.Being a part of nature,we should understand that.That will make us sensible and less egoistic,and relationships may flourish.

i do no longer see how being Asian or white has something to do with no rely if or no longer a guy and lady could be buddies. That has no result, or a minimum of it won't. If the lady (inspite of ethnicity) is in a relationship and her husband or boyfriend is cool with it, then definite, they could be buddies. and there is not any waiting era to particular interest in a friendship.

That is stupid question to ask, you can be friends with whoever you want. If the person doesnt' reciprocate and there signicicant other has a problem with it, then obviously that is friendship that you dont' want to get involved in~
