There are so many online games for kids under the age of 13! You can go to www.Neopets.com and they can create their own pet to take care of. You can choose which pet you want, give him/her a name, and decide what they like to do. Your pet will never die, but if you forget to take care of it, it gets very hungry, and it will get very sad so you have to make sure you feed it, and play games with it. You earn Neopoints when you play games, and you need to use those points to buy it food, and toys. You can get free food, but only if you have less than 3000 NP.
When you go on it asks for the kids age, and they choose which games are best for kids in that age group. It is a lot of fun! I'm 18 and I still play on it.
Neopets is completely free, so you don't have to worry about any hidden charges.
