What shoes should I wear with a Navy Blue suit with pinstripes???

The suit is slime cut very tailored I want a very "GQ" look but not sure what kind of show to wear??? HELP

You don't wear black or brown. You wear navy shoes for a polished look. If you only have black and brown, and you don't plan on going to the store for a new pair, then go with the black. It will stand out less against the navy suit. If you are planning on a new pair, then just go to your local store and ask to see the styles available in men's navy dress shoes.
For a "GQ" modern look, try ones that have some depth to them, not just flat leather.

I would stay away from slip ons, they don't usually look as modern as lace ups.

Navy Blue can clash with most shades of brown that are not dark enough...you best best: Black, as navy blue and black are sometimes confused in certain lighting and also because Black Shoes is what traditionally a lot of men wear with a Navy pinstripe suit. (NAVY Blue shoes is a bit too monochromatic, even with a pinstriped suit, sorry!) To prove my point:

2 styles of black shoes look GOOD! Try a look alike the Casena or the San Martin if you have those, or something similar...don't go out and buy new, though, wear what you have, you'll look GREAT, I am certain
