I don't know who told you that, but its a myth. Some people are less susceptible and so more difficult to hypnotise. It has nothing to do with will or willpower. The more susceptible you are, the easier you are to hypnotise.
Don't mess about with it because whoever does it to you potentially has a lot of control. If you want to try it go to someone who's accountable for what they do.
Stage hypnotists can make people eat a raw onion and imagine they're eating an apple, so don't be fooled into thinking that self control will help.

No all people CAN be hypnotised, from what I understand, only people that can have a certain level of concentration that can be. So if that is true, than no, you can not get hypotised against your will, because you have to pay attention to the commands/suggestions. I read a book by a famous scientist, that once you are under hypnosis, then you do lose some will power, and is capable of doing things that you do not want to do (I am not sure if ethical things are included in that though).

You have to want to be or at the very least curious enough to allow it.
Ever zone out while having a really involved daydream then someone's voice or touch snaps you out of it? Then, you've entered a hypnotic state. Hypnosis is an trance-like state of guided daydreaming where your conscious mind is relaxed enough to allow your subconscious to be more accessable.
For more info. check out "wendi.com" or something like that. She has a online hypnosis test.

Well, first I would suggest clicking on the link below and following the instructions. If you want to be hypnotized and have the necessary receptivity, it could be possible.
