Where do u live mate if u in the north of England u need to go to the Italian consulate in Manchester or any major UK city !! Just go to yahoo search and type in Italian consulate Manchester, London, Edinburgh ......... And take it from there

Chances are you'll need bank statements, travel itinenary, at least.. don't assume it will be at all simple or easy, learn italian.. desperately simple language, basic'll take a week, that will smooth things, also, look gorgeous
