I was just wondering, I couldn't be a Republican just for the fact that they are against me because i'm gay. Funny how if you're not Republican you're labeled as a Libtard or Libby even though you're not a Democrat, I consider myself an Independent.

Not homo, and it's an awefully broad statement for you to say Republicans are against you because you are gay. I'm Republican and have nothing against you at all for your gayness. I think most conservative people would agree that who you have a relationship with does not affect their opinion of you. They would also agree that making special rights for people because of their gayness is not a good move. In fact true conservatives would rather the state/feds have no say whatsoever in who is considerd married and who is not. The fewer laws over us the better. We only need a handful of laws that deal with a few basic rights and protection. I am against the seat belt laws because they are just another way of the government controling people's lives. Stupid laws like that open the door for them to take more liberties away from us. Please don't make judgements like this based on a few outspoken idiots who do not even have a concept of true conservatism. I have a lot of problems with Bush, but his stance on whether or not gay marriage is recognized by the state will not affect your life and happiness unless you let it.

We are not against gays !!!!! We just dont want them to marry. I am sure that there are plenty of gay republicans. That is not the issue.

Well i'm gay and i don't vote. To me there all lying anyway just to get what they want. So i don't bother. As a whole america is screwed up anyway doesn't matter who we have in office.
