i know that you can become pregnant while using it and wondered if there are any effects to the baby i.e deformaties, or high risk of miscarriage

i was sick so insisted my husband use a condom, unfortunately the bloody thing split! i dont know if i am but want to know what may happen if i keep taking it and happen to be pg.

no, it does not harm the embryo... some people continue taking the pill for a long time b4 they realise they are pregnant, I'm sure your doctor/midwife will confirm this and out your mind at rest

You shouldnt get pregnant using Microgynon 30 if you are using it properly - is that not the point.

why would you continue to use it if you where pregnant anyway, theres no need for it.
