Boys of any age can masturbate, but before you reach puberty, nothing comes out when you orgasm. This is known as a "dry orgasm". Go ahead and masturbate. Chances are you've been able to do it longer than you think, since there is no minimum age. Just be careful not to overdo it - for the sake of your health, try not to do it more than three times a week. You lose testosterone and lots of vitamins when you ejaculate.

there is no age limit regarding this. but normally people will masturbate when they reach puberty. because its a time when people are 'open up' to all the 'sex' in the world. and get curious with all these things.

There is no age requirement. Masturbation can begin at any age, as all it requires is an erection, and a hand. While ejaculation wnot happen until puberty, orgasms do not require ejaculation. If you can type, you can masturbate.

as long as you feel excited when you touched yourself on your private part.
Try not to over-do it,in the long run (years down the road) you will have difficulties to be satisfied. meaning to work hard to get the orgasm you want.
Try something healthy, don't be influence by PEER pressure
