Try to avoid heavy layers of make-up. One of the best ways to deal with summer heat is to skip the foundation and just use concealer on spots, then powder your whole face to set the concealer and to help absorb oils.
Powder blushes will be less likely than creams to melt and run in the heat.
For eyes, the softer your eye pencil is, the more likely it will run. Try to choose a harder variety and not a really soft kohl. Also, cream eye shadows will also melt more quickly. If you want to set your eye shadows, try applying concealer to your eyelids first and blending it, then applying the powder shadow. The concealer will set the shadows and help them to last longer.

Use a natural powder make-up called Bare Minerals... and It stays on even when I'm working out. You can find it on eBay for a cheaper price then buying it in the mall. Also... try using a light moisturizer before applying your make-up each day... it helps keep it on through out the whole day. Hope this helped!

I use the Stay Active make-up by Revlon and it's awesome! It's light coverage so it's not heavy and greasy. Great for summer!

it appears that your skin is as oily as mine. You need to wear waterproof makeup. For your foundation, I highly suggest Prescriptives Flawless or Revlon Colorstay. Good luck!
