My nan would say "A blind man would be glad to see it." when we were complaining about a small mark on something. When I complaind about bread being hard as a child my dad would say "It's harder where there's non". I often say "Oh well this won't get the baby a new hat." when I have been sat day dreaming when I have something I must do but can not remember where I got that saying from.
