I'm 4 1/2 months pregnant with my second child, and I don't feel pregnant at all. I feel the baby move (started feeling movement at 16 weeks), but I do not FEEL pregnant. With my first child, I was so incredibly sick, especially the first trimester. I knew I was pregnant before the test was even done!! So I guess it just depends on the woman and the pregnancy. I'm just so GLAD I'm not sick, nauseated or vomiting this time around! The only thing that makes this pregnancy seem "real" to me is seeing the ultrasound pictures and laying down at night to feel the baby move!

If you mean "quickening," the sensation of movement of the fetus, you might expect to feel movements from between 18 to 24 wks gestation. And if this not your first child, you might expect to feel it earlier than you did your first.
Some people do not feel pregnant until they go in for an exam and hear the heartbeat of the baby for the first time. Others feel pregnant early on, due to morning sickness. Some do not feel pregnant until they are ready to deliver!
So, the truth is that this is entirely a subjective experience, and depends on the individual.
If you are pregnant, Mazel Tov! And may your baby be healthy and come at the right time.

I was pregnant (I new because I made the test) and I had my next period, although it lasted only 1 day. I felt the pregnancy in the third month; I thought that I'll disolve, everything was soft on and in me. I couldn't take a deep breath, too, while I was talking. I started to hate cooked vegetable (even the smell was so irritating that I'd almost throw up), esspecially the green. The sex was adorable, I started to be crazy about sex like never before and after that. (3-6 month of the pregnancy)

I ovulated on July 27th-29th and I started to feel symptoms on August 3rd with frequent urination and fatigue. Some signs to watch for is frequent urination, fatigue, sore breasts (I'm 6 weeks along and have yet to feel this...funny because during my period they are always sore) morning sickness, constipation. If you are only feeling slight symptoms, be thankful for right now. I remember feeling mostly great then, I thought I would be one of the lucky ones without morning sickness, now I can't seem to keep any food down :)

With one of my sons, my hair suddenly dried out before I missed my first period. I felt him at three and a half months. He weighed 10 pounds 5 ounces at birth. He's still big.
