Why does my computer not show profiles in the checker rooms when I double click on the sn and select show prof

go to popup blocker,DO NOT TURN IT OFF! click on it. a list will appear,click on "always allow popups from" type in yahoo.com,,,pogo.com,, or what ever site your playing on.
turning it off results in loads of popups/ads.

popup blocker is on, turn it off and u will get them
