Is there an English-speaking country where a VISA processing is the easiest?

Mostly, I hear a lot of requirements and people being denied. Could there be such a country where comparably the red tape is less and the denial of entry is low?

Depends on where you are from but in most countries especially nowadays the rules are tight and it is very very hard to get in anywhere
