Get 9 and a half hours of sleep a night if you can get it, and eat a healthy, balanced diet. Don't drink caffine, and cut down on processed foods, especially with food colourings and preservatives. You're body is telling you that it needs some TLC.

In the mean time there are some great colour concealers available now. If your skin has a yellow tinge, use lavender to counteract the shade. If it's red, use a green concealer. May just help whilst you catch up on beauty sleep.

Try using concealor. Concealor essentially covers any dark spots on your face and evens out your skin tone. It 'conceals' irregularities. It is most often used under the eyes, to conceal dark circles. It is first applied on the dark areas, and then foundation is applied all over the face to even it out.

I don't know if this works or not, but I found it online for you.

Use a eye serum with alot of Vitamin K in it. Alot of sleep with combo of eye serum will help. But most of us cannot get enough sleep. Get some Vitamin K complex - but make sure it's specifically for your eyes. (Eye serum) If you just get a facial cream, sometimes they put items in there with stuff that is harmful for your eyes or make them burn.

My son had dark circles. Two years ago he was having trouble breathing, we discovered that he had allergies. Now that he is on a prescription allergy medicine, the dark circles are gone.
