i am 44 for the last couple of months i've been vomiting 2-3 times a month always early morning wake up out of a dead sleep about 1 am vomit always clear usaually feel bloated like i ate too much the day before have 2-3 bowel movements all normal about 4 am vomit again then 6am another bowel movement then i feel sick until about noon it used to happen around my peroid but has happened at other times during the month

You could have a lsiding hiatial hernia which is very common, plus a little acid reflux. You should go see your doctor and if he/she is the slightest bit smart they will be able to tell you right away. It's not good to let this go untreated as the acid from your vomit is doing damage to your insides
