mail delivery notification?

how can I block email delivrly notification?
basically I don't want to let people know if, when I am opening their emails, thanks

Depend on your mail account. Normally, should be at 'Options' and/or 'Preferences'.
Otherwise, search in the help section under 'delivery notification'.
