As of today, it looks like Seligman has an alibi. I don't know about the rest.

I am not a lawyer and I am not a legal expert but everything I have read in the newspaper and heard on the news sounds like the DA has no case.

The thing is you will never see a headline reading "PROSECUTOR DROPS RAPE CHARGE".
