Please tell me it wont stop me as i dont want to do anything else apart from midwifery i would be so gutted!

If someone doesn't let you do something because of arthritis, that is considered discrimination and a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. I'm deaf, I wear a hearing aid, but it didn't stop me from getting a B.S. in Biomedical Science, or getting accepted to grad school.

You can do whatever you set your mind to. If you need inspiration, look up Stephen Hawkings or Helen Keller.

i don't see why anyone wouyld need to know that you have arthritis-keep it to yourself just to make sure its not a problem. by age 30 most people start getting some arthritis
