They are called Tennesse Fainting Goats among other things. You can really buy them anywhere. There are tons of websites! Just do a search for your area and you'll be sure to find some breeders in your state.
Depending on if you want a male or female or a wether(castrated male) the cost varies. Females are more and bucks have a high price, but wethers are cheapest. If they are registered stock their price goes up as well. Good luck!

I'm not certain about this, but the chupacabra or "Mexican Goat Sucker" would scare the living daylights out of most goats. It's like a vampiric monster from the darkest depths of hell intent on sucking the blood from goats and other milk producing animals. Goats would probably fall to their knees and almost definitely faint in an encounter with a chupacabra. Does this help?
