Attach a cricket bat to a spring and tie it back to something (making sure you can release the tied spring from a distance, garden shears might be good). Put your face level with the bat at about a distance of 2 feet. Cut the tie holding the spring and bat.

inhale and exhale rapidly for 60 seconds and then exhale all air from your lungs and hold your breath while a friend presses his hands firmly into your chest as you lean against a wall.
