If this is your normal routine, yes this is okay. If you were to start a vigorous exercise routine that your body is not used to, it could be harmful. I was exercising, walking 1-2 miles everyday during my pregnancy. The doctor said it helped me because my labor was only 4 hours from start to finish. I wouldn't recommend horseback riding, but climbing the stairs is okay. :)

Check with your OB doc. The doctor may have other exercises that would be of interest as the pregnancy progresses. It's great that you are willing to do that, though.

Check with your OB but that's probably fine if that is your established routine. I was told that you just don't want to start an exercise program at this point if your body isn't used to it.

Ask your doctor. I'd say it's probably alright if you're pacing yourself. I didn't convert the kg to pounds though so I don't know but think you might be small. Just walking should be good during pregnancy. Anyway, ask your doctor.

I say it is okay. As long as your doctor says you dont have to be in bed rest then it's totally okay. You know many doctors want there pregnant patients to excersize lightly. They prefere it because when the delivery comes it's much easier for the patient to give birth.

I was told that if you were an exerciser before that you can continue. However, not good to start anything if you aren't without consulting your OB.
