I am sending off my information for my passport this weekend from chicago, do you think I will have my passport in time to leave the united states on October 29.

Yes, especially if you put a "rush" on it.
It's an incredible amount of money to have a rush delivery, but definitely worth it.

I sent my daughter to Europe this past July. I ordered hers and mine at the same time, hers was "rush". Two weeks later, she had hers ... and mine came in about 5 weeks ... a few days before the Post Office said it would arrive, even with "standard" delivery.

You should be fine.

That should be fine. Next time go through a good travel agent like Intrigued Travel
They take care of all of that stuff for you

You should have it back in time. If you pay more you can have it rushed back in two weeks. They say 6-8 weeks normal but it is usually about a month or slightly more; but again, you can pay to get it back faster.

you should... you have almost 2 months, so.. if you're doubtful, you should go to your post office. they would know. hope this helps.
