I am going to sleep, I feel very relaxed, After i count to five i will feel like i,m floating 1 2 3 4 5 thats nice I feel at peace with the world. Ithink that i will do something nice for someone. I know what i,ll do, I,ll send someone some money, Now who is a nice fellow? I know, it,s the doctor, Ithink that i will send him £20 he,such a deserving fellow and i dont mind giving him a few pounds out of the rent money. yes thats what i,ll do. this is going to make me feel very nice. Now i will count backwards from five to one and i will wake up 5 4 3 2 1 . wow i feel good.
