Inqalab is Revolution and Zindabad is Hail or long live !
so, over all its Long live revolution.
It was one of the inspiring slogan at the time of Indian freedom struggle. Particularly used by some of the freedom fighters like bhagath singh, chandra shekhar azad, sukhdev, ram prasad bismil and rajguru etc. They gave a shock down the spine of british empire with that slogan !

Thats the reason one never hears the 'call' since 1947.
Let us pray , that we never have to revert to the 'call'.
