is sutherland technologies a safe place to work, i am moving from hp bangalore from an level 1 to level2
- as i am basically from chennai and they are offering me a better post and i am getting a hike of 5k in my monthly pay
please suggest i am confused
i am expecting a lot of friends to answer this question

Sutherland is ok, its depends on whether you are going to do teh same type of job in Sutherland as you were doing in HP, for expample if you were doing inbound in HP and u are offered outbound in Sutherland, I suggest u think twice before u take it. Its a totally different ball game. if u are going from inbound to inbound or outbound to outbound, then take it, since u are in Chennai.
Why don't you try CA, (computer Associates) in chennai or SIFY in Chennai or Ford contact center in Chennai, infact try all companies in Tidel Park chennai and see what they offer. Hey try HP in Chennai.

Sutherland is good company but HP is far better than that.. just think why u rnot getting promoted...in HP..
as per ur future..u can go ahead...and enjoy ...best of luck ..
