I do love music....my music taste has changed through the years My favorite genres are Rock,Electronica,Jazz , just to mention a few, as a DJ i do enjoy several genres and artists.....

Top Five Bands/People I like to listen to:
1. Marilyn Horne: A Mezzo-Soprano Opera singer who helps me day dream with her amazing strong voice. Any type of Opera is good for daydreaming and helping me forget crappy situations.
2. System of a Down: A great band that I like to listen to when I feel like singing a long. They remind me that modern bands don't have to be so ignorant in there vocal talents, and can actually break away from the 'norm' of modern music composition, but they are still fairly popular.
3. Mindless Self Indulgence: When I am at work I love listening to them because I am a data entry operator, and they really help me get pumped up and type fast. Plus I love the vocals. Totally off the wall and inventive.
4. HIM: Not the new stuff, the older stuff. The lead singer is so decadent in the way he used to sing. I really like it because it is almost comical.
5. Depeche Mode: Depeche Mode is just a wonderful band. They are timeless, and any day is a good day to listen to them.
I'm sure there are other bands, but these are my top five.

I like punk rock. Green day, Rancid, Dead Kennedy's, Libertines, Ramones, The Clash, Elvis Costello, the Stranglers. I aslo like the Beatles, Tori Amos, Fiona Apple. I like most kinds of music except country.

70's and 80's hard rock/ classic metal, melodic/symphonic metal and good ole classical... basically bands/artist that have really talented and skilled musicians and singers. I dont like noise and unintelligible lyrics or song'n'dance pop crap by "stars" that didnt write any of what they sing n dance to

I like rock and some rap.. like chevelle, blindside, three days grace, hawthorne heights, korn, a heartwell ending, the audition, the matches, etcc... and some rap= ying yang twins, pitbul, bubba sparxx, yeahh those things

i prefer most types of music but i tend to like metal and indie music. i don't know why. and i also like emo a little bit as well. i'm just weird though
