I would go to the reference room of your local library and take a look at their selection of atlases. You could have a lesson right in the reference room with your child, or ask if the librarian could copy the necessary pages for you. Good luck!

If you are home schooling you probably want to use the spell checker
It is spelled countries not "countrys" and continents not "conyinents".
