try to remove it from Regedit.
to remove from regedit, then follow these steps.
1) Open the "Run" option from start menu
2) Type "regedit" on the run option.
3) The "regedit" dialog box open, on the dialog box click on
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>MICROSOFT>WINDOWS>CURRENT VERISION>UNINSTALL
4) Search the game that you want to uninstall on the "Uninstall" Folder.
5) Right click on the game that you want to remove and click "delete" or "remove"
6) After you did that, then go back to "Add/Remove" on Control Panel to uninstall that game again. This should remove your game.

Do what Kain said...Sometimes error occurs in unstalling.. Just install the game or repair and then uninstall

If you have the game still, I would re-install it, after it re-installs, then go to add/remove programs and un-install it.
If that does not work, (which i'm confident it will)
you will have to hack the system registry for that, but I would not recommend it unless your skilled in the O/S.

just delete its folder its probablu under c:/program files/
then delete all the shortcuts in the start menu, deskotop etc. no need to worry abou the registry

control panel - add or remove programs
or go to search - search - and delete it all manually but with shift+delete so you can be sure it doesn't get even in the recycle bin. good luck.
