What makes you think that it is rigged? And who is rigging it?
If it is rigged, prove it by telling us now who wins in 2008, and we will see.

Everyone but you should probably vote since you don't seem to understand the electoral process at all. I'd be really impressed if you could rig an election when no one even knows who will be running yet. Why not do something easy like rig the 2008 World Series.

That has to be one of the stupid questions I have seen yet. You should vote! If you don't like the way this country works move somewhere else. I hear Haiti is beautiful this time of year, and you won't have to worry about voting. I think this question would have been a bit more suited for the 2004 election since at least in that one we knew President Bush was going to run for re-election.

Honestly, the elections are not rigged. If you don't vote, how can you complain? You have to take responsibility and vote. It takes just a few minutes of your time, and lets you have a say in our government. It is what America is all about.
PLEASE don't waste your vote! PLEASE go vote and participate in our government. That is the only way to keep our government of the people, by the people and for the people.

Get out and vote, not only in the 2008 elections, but in five weeks when we can change, or keep, our current house and senate. Don't become frustrated and think you can't make a difference, because each one of us do.

Tell you what, YOU skip the elections, I'll be there. With your attitude, I doubt that your vote would do the country much good anyway.

people that ask that question and don't vote are the reason this country is in the pitiful state it is in. all the people are not being represented because people like you sit back and expect everyone else to protect their point of view. stop asking that question and get off your butt and take part in the democracy that allows you to ask stupid questions like this one and not get arrested for it--or move to china and try their system.
