For permanent hair removal, the best method is laser treatment, if you cannot afford this, then waxing or sugaring would be recommended. Waxing or sugaring remove the hairs from the root, and regrowth tends be be much finer over time.
I am a qualified beautician, and would suggest finding someone locally.

There are many hair removal products available but i think that the best are waxing ( or sugaring if you are intolerant to wax ) or if your hair is really bad maybe you should think about permanent hair removal, you can access this at most good cosmetic surgery clinics.
A friend has had permanent hair removal ( laser hair removal ) and is really happy with the results especial as she has Afro hair, it hasn't scarred and hasn't grown back ( this did take a few trips though ) but in the end its up to you and your preference
