Try going to Rochester, it has an extremely good MS in Finance which is respected worldwide. If not, you can go to LBS, which is in Europe.

M.S. degree is offered in various specialities,which one you are looking for.Almost all university in U.S. has good environment,Financial aid will be made available if you are a good student and if university permits it.Almost 80% of schools in the U.S. has Indian students community.So if you tell me which speciality you are looking for I can tell you.In general University of Cincinnati in Ohio covers all,Arizona State University,University of Texas at Austin also does the same.Rochester Institute of Technology located in Newyork is the costliest university and financial aid is very low,but it has a superb environment and Indian students are less out there.
