i think it is unfair to those who did not cheat. however, all takers are victims of this freak incident. to remove the stigma of cheating, and to appease the various hospitals for employment, i believe you should re-take the exam to prove your worth. if you really passed the exam, you won't have any problem passing it again. it also tests your competence is the nursing profession.

No retake , but i guess the association of deans are right in filing the case. they have to weed out the corrupt examiners and review centers
