I often see answers saying "Get the f**k out of my country" to questions criticising the US.

Why do they assume questioners live in the US?

because they assume only people living in American waste time in here

Because far too many Americans do not realise there is any intelligent life outside America. It all just adds to the anti American drudge on this site. Perhaps a few answers from Americans pointing out that these people are simply intolerant idiots who are not representative of the intelligent thinking American population might help.

Because one of the hobbies of Americans is arguing with each other about stupid stuff. Especially the males. Females do too, but not as frequently or viciously. (except A.C. the Queen Bee) If you say something aggressive, they automatically assume you're one of them, too.

Whether or not they live here isn't as important as letting them know what we think of them.
