What kind of friend would send you a mail which you have to send to 20 other people otherwise..?

something bad will happen to you?I don¸t believe in those stupid mails,but why send them to your friends?

I'd feel sorry for that friend and not take any action on it. Is is also likely that the same friend forwards any and all joke and lewd emails to you too?

Perhaps the person does not realize that sending junk mail or chain letters is not a really nice thing to do especially when there's a threat of doom along with it. Perhaps she is afraid and superstitious.
