APC is a commonly available UPS around, and for that kind of holding time you will need to have at least a 1500watt UPS mine is an 1100 watt and it holds my 17 monitor, CPU, Modem & printer for almost 2 hours.

Of course when I jumped up to a 19" monitor that dropped to 1.5 hours.

So the biggest thing that draws power is the monitor and the CPU and most people will only plug those 2 in just so they have sufficient time to back out of a program and shut the system down without dammage to the OS.

Of course the higher the watts the more expensive the UPS and to get what you are asking for it's going to be costly at about 300.00 to 700.00 dollars so you might want to revise your hold times down to 1 to 2 hours.

Monitor draws a lot of power, my UPS is a small name a personal model, it was only good for enough for gracefully shutdown using a CRT, I ran much longer when I switch to LCD. Although it is far shorter than the hours you want, so personal models are out.
