What are your favorite rock instrumentals?

(You don't have to be too technically correct here -- for instance, I think that (with editing out the beginning and end) Incomudro - Hymn To The Atman by Kansas is possibly the finest rock instrumental going, giving YYZ by Rush and Classical Gas a run for their money, but what can I say, I love the songs that get you pumped up.)

I'd have to say any of the solos by Boston. Funeral for a Friend, Elton John. Baker Street, Gerry Rafferty. Like a Hurricane, Neil Young. - I know, all of these have lyrics too, but the instrumental parts are just so awesome!!! but for pure instrumental - Classical Gas. Theme from a Summer Place. Love is Blue. Joy (the 70's technopop version)
Great question - thanks!!!!

I agree with Green Onions, it's one of thos classics, probably a million years old, but keeps popping up again and again.

And let's not forget Tequila, Pee Wee. How many remember that one?

Gotta be YYZ!

From a pure "chops" perspective, no one can touch Rush.
