There are several, but the obvious ones that come to mind are:
1) Filtration (separation by size)
2) Distillation- Simple or Fractional (separation by boiling point)
3) Crystalization (separation of solids by evaporating the liquid)
4) Chromotography (separation by ability to dissolve)
5) Electrophorisis (separation by size and charge)
6) Magnitism (separation whether something is magnetic or not)
7) Centifuging - (separation by weight)
8) Decanting (separation by density)
There are probably others...

There are many ways of separating mixtures industrially. Gas flotation separation of minerals is the largest tonnage unit process used in the world today followed by distillation. There are also absorption processes between gases and liquids and adsorption from liquids or gases into a solids. Filtration, centrifuging, gravity settling and decanting, reverse osmosis, diffusion and chromatography. Even sorting based on magnetic or optical properties.
